A plump man with the Floyd seems to be always smiling widely. He can be seen as an old man with white hair, and wearing shirt blue white shirt with jacket in black and grey with a matching red black tie and bright-black pants with black shoes.
History
In Hothead, Floyd is seen applying the experimental formula to his head before washing his hands. When he realizes that the paper towel dispenser is empty, he becomes irrationally enraged. His face turns red and veins pop up from his skin. His focus on the empty dispenser causes the whole restroom to tremble until, ultimately, the dispenser explodes, leaving a large hole in the wall and the bottle of growth formula rolling to Courage's side. Out of curiosity, Courage reads the label on the bottle and discovers that it has a very dangerous side effect:
Floyd’s is seen being attacked by a tentacled monster in an alleyway in The Curse of Shirley. When Floyd asks Eustace to tell his wife he loves he, Eustace doesn’t as Floyd gets pulled back by the monster.
Floyd threatens that Dr. Zalost will unleash cannonballs on Nowhere in the episode The Tower of Dr. Zalost.
Floyd wanted everyone to share his pain in Curtain of Cruelty. Courage decides to put all of Muriel's homemade fabric softener ingredients into the machine producing the curtain, which re-wires it to produce a blue energy wave called Curtain of Compassion, reversing the effects of the hostility of Nowhere's citizens, with the exception of Eustace. After this Floyd realises the consequences of his actions on the town and its people.
In Katz Under the Sea, Floyd is one of the passengers on Katz' submarine. He brings a puppet which suffers from claustrophobia and says that he can throw his voice when Katz asks him what skills he has. The puppet is heard shouting that he wants to leave and Courage, who was refused entry to the submarine, frees him. The dog then poses as a puppet and sneaks aboard the submarine. Floyd would later perform with Courage, entertaining the passengers, and was later evacuated from the vessel before it blew up from Tea N Tea.
