History
He and other police officers arrive at the farmhouse to arrest Le Quack in Dr. Le Quack, Amnesia Specialist. In Nowhere TV, he arrives to arrest Le Quack after Courage stops him from getting away with the stolen lottery money. He has also aided Courage in capturing other criminals such as Schwick, as seen in Courage in the Big Stinkin' City and Basil in Family Business. He speaks in an ethnic Irish accent.
